Stall Holder Registration

Location: Harlow Fields School & College, Tendring Road, Harlow, Essex, CM18 6RN
Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Standard Pitch Size: 2m x 1m (standard paste table)
Stall Fee: £15.00
Tables: maximum 1 per stall
Please bring your own table. The PTA does not provide or hire out tables at this event, so you will need to bring everything you intend to sell from.
Please note, hall space is limited, stall holders are limited to 1 table per booking
Food stalls are not being accepted at this event. We are not taking registrations for stalls selling or preparing food or drink. Please contact the PTA if you think this is a mistake.

- Setup Time
- From 10:30am, access via the main road gate
- Pack-Down Time
- Pack down by 4:30pm, all waste must be removed
- Parking
- Free parking on the road and at pitches. Please arrive early as spaces are limited.
- Power Access
- Limited mains power available - please bring your own generator if needed (include in risk assessment)
