Time: 12:00pm – 3:00pm
Standard Pitch Size: 3m x 3m
Stall Fee: £15.00
Table Hire: £5.00 per table
Stallholder notice (2026): All stallholder pitches are outdoors.
Stalls will be located outside (not inside the hall) for this year’s event.
Please note food stalls maybe subject to additional stall holder fees which will be confirmed before booking.

- Setup Time
- From 10:30am, access via the main road gate
- Pack-Down Time
- Pack down by 4:30pm, all waste must be removed
- Parking
- Free parking on the road and at pitches. Please arrive early as spaces are limited.
- Power Access
- Limited mains power available - please bring your own generator if needed (include in risk assessment)
